I am excited to bring you my first talking CD. This CD was stimulated by my
work in mentoring NVC students who are wanting to become trainers.
In this CD, I share stories and insights about the NVC process in
relationship to the key differentiations or key distinctions. I have invited, Aleksandra
Bazinska and Cynthia Coffel who have both been participants in my NVC year
course for the past 3 years; and Mitch Goddard and Jessica Sierra who are both
NVC trainer candidates to interact and dialogue with me sharing their wisdom
and asking questions of me.

This informative DVD can be used as a tool to share more about the scope of NVC and what it can offer in personal relationships, for teachers, at work and at play.

Finding Words to Express What is in Harmony with Your Heart
I am excited to launch this audiotape to the world. I began this project many years ago in book form called, Finding the “Right” Words. I was wanting to meet the need I perceived in people to be able to express their truth in a way people would find joy in responding to. The book transformed into a tape when one of my students asked me to make a tape of sample situations. To add to the authenticity of the tape, I asked workshop participants to send me sample scenarios from their lives to respond to using the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) process.
This tape is a first take response to these situations and is designed for people wanting to incorporate Nonviolent Communication skills into their everyday interactions. These sample scenarios will give you possible expressions for what you would like to say using this process.
Examples include:
- How to respond to your tennis buddy who grunts
- What to say when what you want is to kill your mom
- How to end a relationship with compassion
