Nonviolent Communication Training Online

Nonviolent Communication Training in Tucson

In the presence of peace, all that can happen is peace.
--Gregg Braden

Would you like ideas of how to communicate effectively when communication matters?

So often we focus on strategies to meet our needs and get into power struggles with people at work and at home. Come learn a process of communication based on connection; where each person’s needs are valued and heard. Where communication comes from the heart and giving comes from a place of joy.
Learn how we can get our needs met in cooperation with others rather than at their expense.

• Enhance already rich relationships
• Speak from your heart without blame, shame, criticism
• Hear others’ messages with compassion and acceptance
• Heal painful issues
• Speak and listen in ways people feel more joy in responding to you

Effective Leaders Use NVC Tools To:

  • Identify the needs of students, clients, patients, neighbors, employees and customers
  • Mediate group conflicts of students and co-workers and prevent violence in schools and in the workplace
  • Create mutual understanding among people from culturally diverse backgrounds
  • Attain organizational goals
  • Introduce change without resistance
  • Enlist cooperation while introducing change
  • Understand and handle hostile messages effectively
  • Express appreciation that increases morale and
    productivity
